Indicative example of mortgage loan monthly instalment calculation
A hypothetical example is presented below for the calculation of the monthly installment of a contingent loan for the financing of the acquisition of the real estate, secured by means of mortgage prenotation. Said example is hypothetical and has been calculated on the basis of the below mentioned indicative information regarding the loan amount, the tenor and the interest rate (on the assumption that this remains unchanged throughout the total loan term), calculated on the basis of Euribor 3M (as of today), plus spread 3% and levy of law 128/75, 0.12% (on the assumption that this refers to a mortgage loan to an individual), and by taking into account customary terms of the relevant financial products market.
